With over 14 years of experience, Francesca looked to build an agency focusing on digital influencers after seeing how fast-paced and continually growing this side of the industry was. She now has a team of 4 agents alongside her.
Representing some of the best content creators in the industry Morgan Management exists to bridge the gap between these talent’s and top-tier brands, ensuring seamless communication, delivering high-quality content, and driving measurable success for both parties that is authentic, relatable, but likewise engaging and valuable.

Isabelle Hoffman
HEAD OF TALENT
Isabelle has been part of the Morgan Management family for over four years, and stepped into the Head of Talent role in early 2025. Working closely with Francesca, Isabelle leads the agency’s social media presence and guides talent strategy across the roster, all while cultivating long lasting brand partnerships and overseeing premium digital negotiations.

As Senior Talent Agent Ella has cultivated impactful talent and brand relationships worldwide, leading everything from day-to-day talent management to international brand activations and trips. She’s passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with both talent and brands.

Emma has a strong foundation in campaign management and client services with experience across global advertising campaigns and production spanning TV, digital, social, and PR. Emma brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every project where she brings creative ideas to life and champions the talent who make them possible.

Stacey began with the company as an intern. With a professional background as a West End dancer and across film/television, Stacey brings a performer’s eye and a strong understanding of the creative process. Passionate about providing hands-on support, she helps Talent navigate opportunities, brand partnerships in the creator industry.
