Adam entered the world of social media following his successful stint on the first UK series of Married at First Sight broadcast on E4 where he met his now wife Tayah Victoria.
Since then, Adam has built a super successful fitness reputation and heads up his own online coaching program where he helps transform people’s lives through fitness and health.
